Education Faculty Members Present Papers at International Research Conference

Faculty members from the Department of Teacher Education presented two research papers at the Beyond Books Publication-International Organization of Educators and Researchers (BPP-IOER) International Multidisciplinary Research Conference held on June 28-29, 2025, at the Holiday Inn Express Seoul Hongdae in Seoul, South Korea.

Marvie E. Martizano presented the study titled Employability of CdK BEED Graduates of Batches 2020-2023: A Tracer Study. The research examined the employment outcomes of Bachelor of Elementary Education graduates from the 2020 to 2023 batches, providing insights into their employability and transition from college to the workforce.

Gabriel B. Dela Cruz, meanwhile, presented The Influence of Personal, Environmental and Instructional Factors on Pre-Licensure Examination Outcomes among Education Students. The study explored how learner-related circumstances, environmental conditions and instructional factors influence students’ performance in pre-licensure examinations.

Ruby Ann C. Quiros and Kenneth C. Cagud served as co-authors of the research papers.

The faculty members’ participation in the international conference provided an opportunity to share their findings with educators and researchers from different disciplines. It also highlighted the institution’s continuing commitment to research, academic collaboration and the development of evidence-based practices in teacher education.

Organized by BPP-IOER, the two-day conference brought together scholars, educators and researchers to exchange knowledge, present multidisciplinary studies and strengthen international research networks.
